Photography Policy

World’s Edge Fantasy Fayre is a creative, welcoming space. We want everyone to enjoy the atmosphere and feel safe while doing so. To help us maintain that environment, please follow the guidelines below.

Personal Photography

  • You are welcome to take photos and short videos for your own personal use, including of yourself, your friends, and the general surroundings.

  • Please be respectful when capturing images that include other attendees. Always ask if someone seems uncomfortable or if you are focusing on an individual or small group.

Commercial Photography & Filming

  • Strictly no commercial photography, videography, or content creation (including sponsored content, influencer work, brand shoots, editorial work, or paid commissions) without express written permission from Paladin Events Ltd.

  • If you would like to arrange commercial filming or photography in advance, please contact us before the event.

Drones & Equipment Restrictions

  • Drones are not permitted anywhere on the site.

  • Bulky, obtrusive, or professional filming/photography equipment (e.g., large tripods, lighting rigs, stabilisers, long lenses) is not allowed without prior written approval.

  • Handheld cameras and phones are absolutely fine.

Respecting Privacy & Consent

  • If any attendee asks not to be photographed or filmed, their wishes must be respected immediately.

  • Continuing to film, photograph, or follow someone after they’ve declined is considered harassment.

  • Event security reserves the right to remove anyone who continues to harass or ignore requests for privacy, without refund.

Official Event Photography & Filming

  • Paladin Events Ltd will have official photographers and videographers on site throughout the weekend.

  • By entering the event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in event photography or video.

  • Images and footage may be used in all forms of marketing, including:

    • Social media

    • Websites

    • Promotional materials

    • Press releases

    • Future event advertising
